Go to the menu bar of the beats updater and tap on the status icon. Click on the powerbeats name and access the website through it. Seems when it's meant to be charging off the arms are closed it flashes white as soon as i open the arm cups it starts flashing red again whether the charger is in or not.. For me, the key was to push volume down first then the button. My Beats Solo Pro would not connect to any devices and I could not reset it. Here's what finally worked for me.
